Day - 3

I'm still in Charleston. My whole body feels amazing. Sleeping in, running, then wandering around in the sun. I feel like I've woken up in a new world.

I went down to the point and watched the waves roll in. A beautiful city to be sure. I'm glad I am spending a moment here.
